2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Account Registration

To access the full range of services on the 1190 platform, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during registration. Should any of your personal details change, you are required to update them in your account within a reasonable timeframe.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. 1190 will never ask for your password via email, messaging services, or phone calls. User Responsibilities

  • Using the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Not using automated software, bots, or any method designed to exploit the platform's systems.
  • Not spreading false or misleading information, or any content that could damage the reputation of the platform or other users.
  • Not to attempt to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to any restricted area of the platform.
  • Ensuring all activity on the platform is conducted responsibly and within the applicable limits.

3. Payment Information & Transactions

Currency and Payment Methods

All transactions on the 1190 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted payment methods include local online banking such as Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks, e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, and bank transfers via FPX covering a wide range of local financial institutions.

Deposit

Deposited funds are typically credited to your account within the timeframe specified for your chosen payment method. 1190 is not responsible for any delays caused by banking systems or third-party payment processors. All deposits are final and non-reversible once credited.

Withdrawal

Withdrawals are subject to successful account verification. Users must complete the identity verification process before their first withdrawal request can be processed. Processing times vary by method and may take between 1 and 5 business days. The platform reserves the right to withhold or decline a withdrawal request if there is reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or a breach of terms.

Taxes and Fees

Users are solely responsible for any taxes or tax liabilities arising from their activity on the 1190 platform under applicable Malaysian law. The platform does not withhold or manage taxes on behalf of users.


4. Account Policy, Limitation of Liability & Termination

Account Suspension and Closure

1190 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud, suspicious activity, or at the request of relevant authorities. Users whose accounts are terminated for breach of terms may not be entitled to claim any remaining account balance, depending on the nature of the breach.

Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Any valid remaining balance will be returned in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures once the required verification is complete.

Limitation of Platform Liability

1190 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions, technical errors, or data loss. The platform's total liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to the platform in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The platform does not guarantee that its services will be continuously available, error-free, or fully protected against cyber threats. Every effort will be made to maintain service continuity; however, periodic downtime for maintenance or system upgrades may occur.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 1190 platform — including designs, logos, text, images, software, and other materials — is the property of the platform or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without explicit written permission from 1190.


5. Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Third-Party Content and Services

The 1190 platform may integrate with or reference third-party services such as payment processors, game providers, or streaming platforms for live tables. The platform is not responsible for the privacy policies, terms of use, or content provided by these third parties. Governing Law
